Mequon, Wisconsin, USA – October 22, 2013 – Telsmith, Inc. was named the 2013 Large Business of the Year by the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce during an awards ceremony held on October 16, 2013. Selection of the 2013 Large Business of the Year was based on several criteria, including community involvement and support of local organizations.
As a community partner, Telsmith, Inc. has sponsored the robotics development programs at both Homestead and Cedarburg High Schools and supports STEM programs throughout Ozaukee County. Telsmith, Inc. is an active participant in both United Way and the United Performing Arts fund campaigns. Telsmith is also an active supporter of Ozaukee Family Services, the Ozaukee Deputy Sheriff's Association, and Ozaukee Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
