Manufacturing Engineering Technician
Varied responsibilities to include: establishing routings, processing Engineering Change Orders and Dimensional Inspection Reports, Enforcing correct approval requirements on all shop floor changes, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of new parts, process run times, process changes, routings, fabrications and welding. Must have the ability to work 1-on-1 effectively with engineering, operations, maintenance and factory personnel.
Associates degree preferred, but applicable work history with CAD/CAM experience in SolidWorks and programming burn tables utilizing SigmaNEST is critical. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret complex fabrication and assembly drawings. Successful candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of machining, fabrication and welding.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3-8 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and .NET programming experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Technical requirements include; MicrosoftNET with emphasis on X++, C#, NET, and ASP, NET programming languages, knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services development and administration.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Enterprise Portal Development and SharePoint 2010 administration and design is beneficial. Will formulate, design, and guide systems analysis implementation projects while taking the capacity and limitation of the equipment, operating time, and form of desired results into consideration. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
Must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently on projects as well as in a group environment.

Looking for graduates with Associate Degree in mechanical or structural design. Applicants must have experience with 3-D design using SolidWorks or similar CADD software. The position would involve creating assemblies and detailed drawings of heavy fabricated weldments including machined and structural components. Some work would include exposure to hydraulic systems, drives and mobile equipment. Highly visible, project oriented positions that require individuals that are goal oriented and self-motivated.
