Customer Service Representative - Equipment Parts and Customer Support

Telsmith, Inc. a worldwide leader, ISO certified, high quality manufacturer of crushing equipment for the quarry and mining industries has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to serve our customers with replacement parts and aftermarket services. Our Parts CSRs function in liaison with our world-wide dealers and customers providing technical information and the parts required for specific repairs or maintenance. The development of personal relationships with customers provides a unique career challenge and is key to our success.

Requirements include mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and understand engineering drawings and the understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.  Additional requirements include strong customer service and telephone communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and an entrepreneurial spirit.  Desired skills include computer skills including order entry systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Desired background includes some type of formal education in a technical or business related curriculum.  Bi-Lingual candidates will be given priority.  

  

 Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Varied responsibilities to include: establishing routings, processing Engineering Change Orders and Dimensional Inspection Reports, Enforcing correct approval requirements on all shop floor changes, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of new parts, process run times, process changes, routings, fabrications and welding.  Must have the ability to work 1-on-1 effectively with engineering, operations, maintenance and factory personnel.

Associates degree preferred, but applicable work history with CAD/CAM experience in SolidWorks and programming burn tables utilizing SigmaNEST is critical.  Ability to read, comprehend and interpret complex fabrication and assembly drawings.  Successful candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of machining, fabrication and welding.

 

Logistics Coordinator

Telsmith, Inc. a worldwide leader, ISO certified, high quality manufacturer of crushing equipment for the quarry and mining industries has an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator with proven experience managing all aspects of logistics, freight forwarding, international shipping and material receiving. 

The Logistics Coordinator is directly responsible for freight quotes including freight terms and arrangements, reviewing and collecting on letters of credit, booking and coordinating vessel sailings for international purchases/sales, serve as sales liaison between internal and external cutomers.

Requires a bachelor's degree in an area such as Logistics, Materials, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.  Must have 5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, transport and/or manufacturer logistics to have included international shipping in a manufacturing environment.  Must be self-directed, self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.  Strong analytical skills required.

 

Design Drafter

Telsmith, Inc. a worldwide leader, ISO certified, high quality manufacturer of crushing equipment for the quarry and mining industries, has opportunities to detail and design machine components, heavy weldments, fabrications, structures, assemblies, and complex systems.

Looking for graduates with Associate Degree in mechanical or structural design. Applicants must have experience with 3-D design using SolidWorks or similar CADD software. The position would involve creating assemblies and detailed drawings of heavy fabricated weldments including machined and structural components. Some work would include exposure to hydraulic systems, drives and mobile equipment. Highly visible, project oriented positions that require individuals that are goal oriented and self-motivated.
