Telsmith, Inc. achieved ISO 9001 certification in June 1994. Affirming our ongoing commitment to quality, Telsmith advanced to ISO 9001:2000 accreditation in July 2003 and further advanced to ISO 9001:2008 certification in July of 2009. Telsmith, Inc. certificate number US94/0060, is issued by SGS International Certification Services, Inc., which is accredited by the ANAB.
In recent years, Telsmith has also achieved CE designation (a standard for quality assurance relative to product safety) on jaw and cone crusher products marketed into European Union countries.
Each Telsmith employee has a personal responsibility for quality of workmanship. Telsmith also employs a full-time Quality Assurance Manager who's primary responsibility is to focus on continuous improvement, an integral part of the ISO 9001:2008 system.
