TELSMITH TRACK PLANTS
Telsmith Quarry-Trax are heavy duty, self contained, track mobile crushing plants designed for high production in large quarry or concrete recycle operations. Easily transported from job site to job site and maneuvered within the job site, Quarry-Trax allows operations to reduce costs by maintaining crushing operations near the material source.
Plant Automation is an integral part of optimizing production on the Quarry-Trax. A variety of load sensors monitor the engine and crusher loads while additional sensors monitor crusher feed and product pile levels. In the automatic mode, the PLC constantly monitors all inputs and maximizes the output by varying the feed rate. The challenge for the operator becomes keeping the plant fed.
An array of optional features including 18 yd3 hopper, hydraulic hammer, magnet, conveyor extension and more allow you to customize the plant to suit your specific job requirements.
 Model TJ3258 - Jaw Crusher
Designed around the Telsmith 3258 hydraulic jaw crusher, the TJ3258 is specifically designed to deliver high production while processing hard, abrasive stone. With a large crusher gape and width, the 3258 processes larger feed and has greater crushing capacity than competitive models.
The 3258 jaw also incorporates unique hydraulic features proven to reduce maintenance and downtime to an absolute minimum:
• Hydraulic Adjustment: reduces maintenance through simple, fast push button controls.
• Hydraulic Relief: lowers operating costs through tramp
metal overload protection.
• Hydraulic Chamber Clearing: safely clears the crusher in minutes for increased uptime.
 Model TI6060 - Impact Crusher
Featuring the heavy duty Telsmith PA6060 Primary Impact Crusher, this plant is engineered for maximum productivity while processing less abrasive quarried stone or concrete recycle. Capable of receiving 40” stone or 58" wide concrete slabs, the PA6060 has proven to be a dependable, low cost producer.
Advanced hydraulic features built into the PA6060 reduce maintenance and downtime providing increased production:
• Hydraulic Apron Adjustment: reduces maintenance through simple, fast push button controls.
• Hydraulic Relief: lowers operating costs through tramp
metal overload protection.
• Hydraulic Tilt Feed Plate: safely clears bridging in minutes for greater uptime.
